Terms & Conditions: Upon booking, client agrees to the following, including and not limited to:

  • Clients are solely responsible for any legal infractions Client or members of Client's party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere.
  • This includes parking tickets, all other violation or citations, and legal action resulting from the conduct of the shoot, taken at whatever time.
  • Client agrees to hold harmless Annalisa Alosco Photography, its owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on its behalf for any loss, accident, or injury to Client's self or anyone who accompanies Client while on our premises.
  • Client agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying the client.
  • Client agrees to hold Annalisa Alosco Photography, its agents, representatives, and anyone acting on behalf of Company completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from client's conduct.
  • Client has reviewed Photographer’s previous work and portfolio and has a reasonable expectation that Photographer will perform the Services in a similar style
  • Photographer will use its artistic judgement when providing the Services, and shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgement and artistic quality of the Services; and
  • Disagreement with Photographer’s aesthetic judgement or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned.


Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client Policy. If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the event or session to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to the  to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to  as soon as possible.  has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Vendor to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and  will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for the event or session, or should it become impossible for to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing. For instance, if Photographer is able to secure another, unrelated client for the session date, then Photographer may choose, at its sole discretion, to excuse all (or a portion of) Client's outstanding balance of the Total Cost. 


Replacement. In the event Photographer is unable to perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will:

  • Make reasonable efforts to provide an alternate lead photographer to render services
  • Immediately give Notice to Client via both email and phone call;
  • Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of Services rendered; and
  • Excuse Client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this Agreement.


Copyright Ownership.  All photographs taken by are her property, will remain her property and are protected by United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17). CLIENT(s) hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. CLIENT(s) agrees to purchase prints directly from PHOTOGRAPHER unless in possession of high resolution digital files with copyright. CLIENT(s) agrees not to scan, copy or reproduce images in any manner without written permission. If high resolution digital files are purchased this release grants CLIENT(s) the right to reproduce the images provided for their personal use only and does not allow the photos to be altered, sold or published. CLIENT(s) further agrees not to supply images to any third parties (including vendors associated with the wedding or outside album designers). will be sharing vendor detail images with vendors at their request.


Permitted Uses of Product(s).  grants to Client a non-exclusive license of product(s) produced with and for Client for personal use only so long as Client provides with attribution each time Client uses the images. Personal use includes, but is not limited to, use within the following contexts:

  1. In photos on Client’s personal social media pages or profiles; or
  2. In personal creations, such as a scrapbook or personal gift; or
  3. In personal communications, such as a family newsletter or email or holiday card.


Model Release. This contract serves as a model release giving  the irrevocable right to use the photographs in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. CLIENT(s) waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. This release is binding on the CLIENT(s), their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.
